You agree not to:
InvoiceGST provides tools to help you generate GST-compliant invoices based on information you provide. We are not tax advisors. You are solely responsible for ensuring your invoices comply with applicable GST laws, rates, and regulations. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) for tax advice specific to your business.
The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by InvoiceGST and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the invoice data you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that invoices generated will meet all regulatory requirements in all circumstances.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvoiceGST shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
